Really good Location and Modern Amenities

The location was PERFECT, right above the Borough station. I found the electronic access quite convenient. No key was needed. The room featured very comfortable bed and pillows. The electric heater worked quite well. It kept the space warm.
The carpet had some stains. It could benefit from a deeper cleaning.

the hotel's location is indeed very convenient near the underground station it made getting around so easy. the room included fresh clean towels i found quite good. the modern bathroom had a walk-in shower that was a welcome treat after a day of exploring. the bed was very comfy it ensured a restful night's sleep.
i did notice some wear and tear in the room paint peeled from the ceiling it was only a very minor issue.

i saw a charming pub next door with outdoor seating it looked like a perfect spot to savor a drink or have a tasty meal.

i found someone at the reception in the cafe next door, so helpful when i arrived! the bed was nice, and the ensuite bathroom felt clean and well-equipped, which i totally appreciated. there was also a floor pillar fan, it was very useful because the temperature was high.
the street outside could get a little noisy sometimes.

the standard double room included two comfy armchairs and a tea table with everything needed for tea. i counted no less than nine sockets in the room, so convenient. an electric heater worked very well too.

The staff responded immediately when i contacted them online, and they helped a lot. I was impressed by this quick attention. after checking out on sunday morning, the staff provided a storage room. it helped a lot because i didn't have to carry the bags.

This location is great, right next to the underground station. It is very easy to access. the self-check-in was quick, once i got the email with the access code. unlocking the door from my phone felt modern.

The location was excellent near borough station. access to the premises was very easy using codes. I did not need a key. the staff responded immediately when i wrote to them. bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The street was noisy. my room faced the street on a junction. emergency vehicles used sirens just outside the room. It was hard to sleep.
