adequate stay, some issues noted
missing toilet brush intense fragrance
The bathroom lacked a proper toilet brush. This is a basic amenity i expect. furthermore, the provided lamp in the mirror was impossible to switch off. the strong fragrance in both the room and the staircase was overwhelming. I found it quite intense. some darkening curtains would also be beneficial. They are necessary to ensure the room is adequately dark for sleep.

charming stay near borough station
convenient location clean towels modern bathroom comfortable bed
the hotel's location is indeed very convenient near the underground station it made getting around so easy. the room included fresh clean towels i found quite good. the modern bathroom had a walk-in shower that was a welcome treat after a day of exploring. the bed was very comfy it ensured a restful night's sleep.
i did notice some wear and tear in the room paint peeled from the ceiling it was only a very minor issue.

i saw a charming pub next door with outdoor seating it looked like a perfect spot to savor a drink or have a tasty meal.

amazing central stay!
helpful staff clean bathroom useful fan
i found someone at the reception in the cafe next door, so helpful when i arrived! the bed was nice, and the ensuite bathroom felt clean and well-equipped, which i totally appreciated. there was also a floor pillar fan, it was very useful because the temperature was high.
the street outside could get a little noisy sometimes.

the standard double room included two comfy armchairs and a tea table with everything needed for tea. i counted no less than nine sockets in the room, so convenient. an electric heater worked very well too.

The staff responded immediately when i contacted them online, and they helped a lot. I was impressed by this quick attention. after checking out on sunday morning, the staff provided a storage room. it helped a lot because i didn't have to carry the bags.

This location is great, right next to the underground station. It is very easy to access. the self-check-in was quick, once i got the email with the access code. unlocking the door from my phone felt modern.

The front desk staff were helpful with the phone unlocking procedure. I received an upgrade to an ensuite room. The location is great. The tube station is close.
